The Parc Micro Stay

NATURE OF OCCUPANCY – TRANSIENT USE ONLY
The Parc Micro Stayprovides temporary lodging accommodations exclusively. All stays are classified as transient occupancy.
Guest acknowledges and agrees that:
• This is not a residential lease.
• No landlord-tenant relationship is created.
• No residency rights are established.
• No property interest or tenancy rights arise from occupancy.
Occupancy is granted as a revocable license to use the premises for temporary lodging purposes only.
NO TENANCY / NO RESIDENCY RIGHTS
Under no circumstances shall occupancy:
• Create tenancy rights
• Establish permanent residence
• Establish domicile
• Grant eviction protections applicable to residential tenants
Guest expressly waives any claim of tenancy or residency status.
MAXIMUM STAY & EXTENSIONS
All stays are subject to maximum duration limits in compliance with state and local lodging laws.
Extensions, if granted, are at management’s sole discretion and do not convert occupancy into a lease or tenancy.
Management reserves the right to require periodic check-out and re-registration.

PAYMENT TERMS
• Payment is due in advance.
• Failure to pay when due results in immediate termination of occupancy rights.
• No partial payment guarantees continued occupancy.
• Refunds are subject to management approval and policy terms.

IDENTIFICATION & REGISTRATION
All guests must:
• Provide valid government-issued identification
• Register all occupants
• Comply with guest capacity limits
Unauthorized occupants are strictly prohibited.

RIGHT TO REFUSE OR TERMINATE OCCUPANCY
Parc Extended Stay reserves the right to refuse service or immediately terminate occupancy for:
• Non-payment
• Policy violations
• Criminal activity
• Safety concerns
• Unauthorized guests
• Misrepresentation of information
Upon termination, guest must vacate immediately. Failure to vacate constitutes trespassing.

NO MAIL / NO ADDRESS ESTABLISHMENT
Guests may not:
• Use the property as a permanent mailing address
• Register the property for driver’s license, voting, school enrollment, or government benefits
• Claim the property as primary residence
Receipt of mail does not establish residency.

ABANDONED PROPERTY
Property left behind after termination of occupancy may be considered abandoned and disposed of in accordance with applicable lodging laws.

SECURITY & SURVEILLANCE
The property may utilize security monitoring systems in common areas for safety purposes.

INDEMNIFICATION
Guest agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Parc Extended Stay, its owners, employees, and affiliates from claims arising from guest conduct or violation of these terms.

GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida .

AGREEMENT
By booking, paying, or occupying the premises, guest acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions in full.
